Free 20-Day Vegan Thanksgiving Program · Kicks off November 1
A Vegan Thanksgiving Built Around How You Actually Cook.
Gluten-free? We've got you. New to cooking? We'll keep it manageable for ya. Experienced cooks get wildly exciting recipes to sink their teeth into.
4.85 stars from over 8,000 participants last year
“Adam's Thanksgiving program helped me serve my 20+ non‑veg guests food they adored last year”
100% free. No card, no catch. Right after you sign up I'll ask you 4 quick questions so the recipes I send you actually fit your kitchen.
Vegan Thanksgiving stress is real
It feels like everyone at that table is waiting for you to flop.
The tiny portions. The silent chewing. The “we brought something else just in case.”
You have seen it. You smiled through it. Then you drove home doing the math on what went wrong.
You do not need luck this year. You need a plan and a chef in your corner.
New for 2026
Same free program. Except this year it gets built for one person. You.
Every year people asked me the same two things: “can this be gluten-free?” and “is this going to be way over my head?” So I stopped sending everybody the same 20 recipes.
Gluten-free means gluten-free
Not “swap the flour and hope.” Say the word and all 20 days come to you gluten-free as written, tested that way, gravy and stuffing included. My wife is GF, so I have been cooking this way for a long time.
Recipes that match your cooking style
First vegan Thanksgiving, cooking for a table of non-vegans, or just plain slammed? You get the dishes that land without a culinary degree or a free Tuesday.
Tell me you can already cook and I will act like it: stuffed roasts, laminated doughs, the kind of thing that makes your brother-in-law go quiet mid-sentence.
About 60% fewer ads on my site forever
Answer the questions and my site turns the ad volume way down for you, permanently. Fewer things jumping around while you are trying to read a recipe with flour on your hands.
Cooking tips given for what you care about
Every one of these tips is something I wrote myself, pulled straight out of my recipe development notes. Not scraped, not auto-generated, not a robot guessing at what works in a kitchen it has never stood in.
Care about speed? You get my shortcuts. Cooking without processed stuff? You get those notes instead. Your homepage turns into a “here is what to cook next” page rather than whatever is newest.
“The best free program I have ever taken.”
Takes about 20 seconds. Day 1 lands November 1.
Tested and approved worldwide
Personalized chef-crafted recipes. NOT AI slop barfed up by ChatGPT.
Nothing here came out of a machine that has never tasted anything. Every recipe was developed in my kitchen and then put through a crew of 1,000+ volunteer recipe testers who cook it in their own kitchens and tell me the truth. The personalization decides which of my recipes you get. It does not invent them.

Not a patient person? There's a shortcut.
The program drips one recipe a day, which is a calm and civilized way to live. If that is not your speed, my Thanksgiving ebook lets you chainsmoke the entire library of vegan Thanksgiving recipes in one sitting, no waiting on your inbox for 20 days. Completely optional, and the program is free either way.
I highly recommend Adam's 20-Day Thanksgiving Program. I've joined every single year it's been offered! It has given me a massive repertoire of vegan dishes, from appetizers and soups to mains and desserts, that are now traditions in our family Thanksgiving Feast. Even though my wife and I are the only vegans at the table, the dishes I bring are always the crowd favorites and the first ones completely eaten up by everyone.
Harold GaynesHas joined every single year. I can't get rid of the stinkin' guy, and I am pretty happy about it.

So who is teaching this?
I'm Adam. I've cooked more vegan Thanksgivings than anybody should.
I went vegan in 2001, the same day my daughter was born. Then I launched the country's first organic vegan food truck, opened restaurants, and cooked at the James Beard House and the World Street Food Congress in the Philippines.
But Thanksgiving is the personal one. From 2010 to 2020 I catered vegan Thanksgiving dinners for more than 11,000 families. Our busiest year I sent out complete holiday meals to 1,600 families in a single day.
Then I would drive home and cook for 30 of my mostly non-vegan relatives, who demolished every plant-based bite without one comment about missing the bird. This program is that decade, handed to you a day at a time.
Got questions?
Fair enough. Here you go.
What are the 4 questions, and do I have to answer them?
I'm gluten-free. Is the whole thing really gluten-free?
What if I'm brand new to this?
And if I'm already a solid cook?
Are these AI recipes?
Are the recipes oil-free or whole-food plant-based?
I'm not vegan. Can I still join?
What if I sign up late?
When is the live class, and what if I can't make it?
Is this really free?
The whole family loved the sides and especially the cranberry sauce! I've been making the butternut squash Mac and cheese regularly ever since.

This isn't really about food. It's about Thanksgiving feeling good again.
Every plate you bring to that table that came from plants instead of an animal is the entire point. Let's make it the plate people fight over.
Dani S. says: “My decidedly non-vegan family loved the Vegan Thanksgiving recipes. It was a Thanksgiving miracle!”
Kicks off November 1. Late joiners get every recipe instantly.
