I have taught plant-based cooking at the Institute for Culinary Education and the prestigious De Gustibus Cooking School. I have cooked at the James Beard House, represented the USA in the World Streetfood Congress in the Philippines, and I have won too many freaking awards for my cooking than I can fit here in this little bio. I am the author of STREET VEGAN, a popular vegan street food cookbook, and have been featured on the Food Network, Cooking Channel, PBS, and on the pages of The New York Times, VEGnews, and Vegetarian Times.
